Nathan Monk

Director

A qualified Horticulturist with over 30 years experience in the industry. Nathans passion for all things horticulture enables him to provide advice on many topics including, arboreal concerns and tree health, plant and garden maintenance, irrigation servicing and pest and disease management. Nathan is the driving force behind the company’s client focused core values of Honesty, Integrity, Reliability, Safety and Professionalism.

Krystina Crawford

Director

Krystina is head of our administration and accounts department. Armed with a keen attention to detail she enforces strict adherence to company processes and policies, ensuring a seamless transition of information from job completion to invoicing. These processes are paramount in ensuring that the multitude of invoices are generated accurately.


Michael Jansen

Operations Manager

Michael came on board in 2019 with a strong desire to continue building this business into something great. With 15 years in construction and 8 years in mine site FM management Michael has a broad range of process driven skills that enables him to drive teams to achieve the goals of both the business and the client.


Gavin Cable

Lawn and Garden Technician

Gavin has had a love for the outdoors and yard maintenance almost his whole life.

From mowing neighbour’s lawns when he was 14, through a traineeship at wholesale nursery at 15 and working as a grounds keeper at the world renowned – Joondalup Golf course, Gavin has demonstrated this passion again and again.

He brings with him a lot of experience with a variety of equipment, quality standards, horticultural knowledge and a hard to beat work ethic.

On his days off he enjoys going to the beach, watching AFL, and munching on pizza from Antonio’s or a big fat mud crab

He has a number of goals and aspirations and knows that being the valued member of the DLGA team that he is, is going to help propel him towards these goals.


Community Partnerships

Part of the Diamond Lawn & Garden Australia mission is to give back to the communities and townships within which we operate. We have partnered with many community organisations, through sponsorships, discounted rates and sometimes, just by being there to help when needed.

Assisting these groups and others, not only enables them to minimise their outgoing costs and use their money for more important things, it also makes us feel pretty good.
