Nathan Monk
Director
A qualified Horticulturist with over 30 years experience in the industry. Nathans passion for all things horticulture enables him to provide advice on many topics including, arboreal concerns and tree health, plant and garden maintenance, irrigation servicing and pest and disease management. Nathan is the driving force behind the company’s client focused core values of Honesty, Integrity, Reliability, Safety and Professionalism.
Krystina Crawford
Director
Krystina is head of our administration and accounts department. Armed with a keen attention to detail she enforces strict adherence to company processes and policies, ensuring a seamless transition of information from job completion to invoicing. These processes are paramount in ensuring that the multitude of invoices are generated accurately.
Michael Jansen
Operations Manager
Michael came on board in 2019 with a strong desire to continue building this business into something great. With 15 years in construction and 8 years in mine site FM management Michael has a broad range of process driven skills that enables him to drive teams to achieve the goals of both the business and the client.
James Rose
James is a dedicated team member who puts 150% into everything he does and treats every property as if it is his own.
From his background as a groundskeeper at wedding venues and vineyards, he has developed a keen attention to detail.
He has been with DLGA since 2021 and brings a fresh perspective into the workspace.
At a young age he developed a fantastic work ethic from working alongside his father.
Doing everything from earthmoving to tree felling to farming.
His role within the business is to provide support and guidance to other members of the team to ensure that they have everything that they need to efficiently, professionally and safely provide the service to our clients

Part of the Diamond Lawn & Garden Australia mission is to give back to the communities and townships within which we operate. We have partnered with many community organisations, through sponsorships, discounted rates and sometimes, just by being there to help when needed.
Assisting these groups and others, not only enables them to minimise their outgoing costs and use their money for more important things, it also makes us feel pretty good.
